Meet our Home Manager

Gemma Woodcock leads the team at Holbeach Meadows. A qualified nurse with a First Class Honours degree in Tissue Viability, Gemma joined Tanglewood in 2020 and now brings a passion for service improvement and person-centred care to every resident, family and colleague.
